After running tests we believe its the best available so it's used on all our products! Always ask what kind of sealer your concrete contractor uses, instead of an easy to apply repellant our 2 part sealer is applied 5 times, 2 penetrating applications and 3 film forming applications which then cure to provide a hard barrier.
